WebEven better if I can have it hidden away in the Windows tray and boot on startup. ffmpeg doesn't offer anything here, may as well us HandBrakeCLI. If you want to run a CLI command, PowerShell will do it with System.IO.FileSystemWatcher; plenty of examples at the usual suspects (superuser, stackoverflow, etc).
